How big is a typical PitStop 500 complex?
We target sites between 20-30 acres to provide adequate parking and accommodate 2-3 hotels and 100,000+ SF of restaurants, retail and entertainment facilities.

What criteria are used to select a site?
Generally we look for the following features;
* 1000 feet of Interstate frontage at an exit ramp
* 100,000 traffic-trips per day at the location
* 250,000 population in a 10 mile radius
* 100K average household income in a 5 mile radius
* Neighboring shopping/tourism/convention traffic drivers

Where are PitStop 500 Centers located?
Our inaugural center is in the approval process in Orlando Florida and expected to open in 2010. We are currently reviewing additional sites in the following markets;
Tampa        Jacksonville      Daytona       Fort Lauderdale
Nashville      Memphis    Myrtle Beach      Charlotte 
Dallas           Houston      New Orleans       Atlanta 

What are the requirements for merchants?
In order to maintain the highest standards and provide the best possible guest experience we only select proven capable brands & operators. Merchants must posses the financial resources, track record and family-friendly profile to compliment our brand and ensure our mutual success.

What are your rental rates and programs?
We do extensive research into local rates and comps prior to acquiring a site to ensure client satisfaction, market competitiveness and full occupancy at opening. The added value we provide our merchants is intended that units will be their most productive and profitable in their network. Programs are instituted to ensure that our clients garner value and competitive operational expenses.

How are PS500 Centers promoted? 
Each venue has a local Merchants Association participating in the promotional decisions for that market. We implement  initiatives and programs on a local level to ensure the positive results that our clients deserve and expect.

Who handles daily center management?
We are very protective of our brand, providing a superior guest experience and client satisfaction and maintain on-site company management to oversee the maintenance, safety, security and promotional effectiveness at each venue.
